It’s Spring and I can feel change is in the air!! Oh Yes!! What I’m lovin’ is seeing so many of my coaching clients victorious, many of which are overcoming their food addictions :)

Over the weekend I received an email from someone who watches my videos. She was telling me about her addiction to soda. I 100% related to what she described. I used to be addicted to cigarettes, coffee and sugar. I know what it’s like. But I also know what it’s like to get to the other side, where you are no longer controled by cravings, urges and addictive ‘needs’.

Nothing hits the spot like a creamy Strawberry Milkshake!! Even better– it’s healthy!!!

Yes I do believe in the importance of adding as much fresh food as possible, but its about getting you healthy, and most of all, HAPPY!!!! Raw Vegan Strawberry Milkshake

1 cup Almonds (soaked 24-48 hours– see yesterday’s video how to soak nuts & seeds)

2 Cups Spring Water

5 dates (soaked 2-8 hours)

8 large strawberries

1 banana (optional– after you make the almond strawberry milk, you can blend a banana into it, to make it extra creamy and yummy!

1- Blend water, almonds, strawberries and dates.

2- Strain through a nut milk bag

3- drink or put back into blender and add a ripe banana and blend

Super Yum!!!
