Q&A on Probiotics, Coconut Water Kefir & Fermented Coconut Yogurt, Ep15

I just want to thank everyone for their comments and questions regarding yesterday’s episode on Probiotics, Coconut Water Kefir and Coconut Yogurt. There were a lot of great questions, so I decided to answer them in today’s episode. I also searched for a good source for Kefir Grains. There are different strains, some last a few weeks, while others last forever!!! Obviously, we want to go with the one that last forever!! Click here to get to the site that has good quality kefir grains. Also I just want to clarify that there are two different types of Kefir Grains– there is Dairy Kefir Grains and Water Kefir Grains– make sure to get the Water Kefir Grains!

I do hope you try this out, even just fermenting coconut water on its own without the kefir grains or probiotics– its super great for you!!!

Thanks again for your questions!!!!
