How To Feel Full On A Raw Food Diet, Ep88

October 8th, 2009 Natasha St. Michael No comments

I received an email yesterday asking my why this person could never feel full after drinking a large smoothie (like 4 cups of smoothie!) compared to when this person ate cooked food and meats. This comes up a lot when people are transitioning to raw foods and no matter what they eat they don’t feel satisfied and don’t  have that full feeling they get from cooked foods, or that they feel hungry again after an hour or two.

Today I give a few suggestion to help feel fuller, plus also ways to slowly transition to more raw foods and adjustments you can make to have a healthier diet.
