I know a lot of people struggle with late night eating. I know a lot of people are on the perfect diet up until dinner time and then suddenly all their dieting efforts fall out the window!! Yes it happens to the best of us!

Here’s a few tips on how to work around the late night eating and figure out why you are doing it in the first place (they say, “knowing is half the battle”!)

Today’s Food:

3 Cups Green Juice (1/3 bunch Parsley, Cucumber, Celery, Pear, Coconut Water)

4 Cups Green Smoothie (1/2 bunch Kale, Bananas, Blueberries, Hemp Seeds, Dulse)

Meat of 1 Coconut

1.5 pints Blueberries

1 Salad (1 head Romaine, Sprouts, Onion, Tomatoes, Celery, Avocado, Lemon)

1/2 Cup Coconut Water Kefir


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding
