Anyway, over the weekend I read something that REALLY inspired me– something that REALLY helped me move myself and my energy out of a stagnant place that I’ve been in for a while. So I decided to share it with you!!
From coaching a lot of people with all sorts of health conditions or weight loss goals, I know about the dreaded ‘plateau.’ I know the frustration that comes with putting so much effort into changing one’s lifestyle, diet and habits and suddenly seeing the results just suddenly stop. It is terribly frustrating and I feel for everyone that encounters this, but from working with people who encounter this ‘plateau’, I’ve also seen them move through the ‘plateau’, reach their goals and get to the other side.
