I was asked what I thought of powdered wheatgrass. So today I decided to talk about powdered greens in general– what I think of them. I prefer fresh greens, fresh wheatgrass juice, etc.. I will take anything fresh over the powdered stuff, but I do feel there is a place for the powdered greens.
