How To Overcome Being Bored With Your Diet, Ep119

November 20th, 2009 Natasha St. Michael 3 comments

We’ve all been there, probably more than once where we feel bored with our diet or food. I get emails asking me how to get the motivation and excitement going again!

One thing I’ve come to realize in myself is that when I start feeling bored with my food, a lot of times it actually has to do with something else– most of the time it ends up being that I’m feeling bored or unenthusiastic about something in my life! One way or another, the boredom doesn’t last forever, it’s a phase that you have to ride out. I do have some suggestions like going to your local Raw Food Meet-Up Group and meeting people with similar interests and also experimenting with different raw food recipes– mix things up and change the routine– that can definetly spice things up again.

Click Here for links —-> Meet-up Group and also a fantastic FREE Raw Food Recipe Website!

Also, just a reminder to sign up for a Coaching Group– this is a perfect way to get your healthy diet going, get on the right track, have all your questions answered and best of all, connect with other people with similar goals! Perfect!!! :) CLICK HERE for more info!

And, so more Fabulous News… I’ve decided to host another 10 Day Juice Fast in December, the timing couldn’t be better, right after American Thanksgiving and right before the holidays– this way you can look super fabulous for the holidays and start the new year feeling and looking your best! CLICK HERE to sign-up!!

Do You Want To Be Average? Ep85

I received an email last night with a great question! I was asked how a person can re-motivate themselves to get back on a raw food diet when everyone surrounding this person is eating junk food and doing fine. Why is it some people do well on processed sugary food and others are way too sensitive and feel terrible on that type of food.

I love the question, and here is my answer!!

What To Do When People Criticize Or Don’t Support Your Diet?, Ep68

September 9th, 2009 Natasha St. Michael No comments

What to do when friends and family don’t support your raw food diet?? I have to say, if anyone is on a high raw food diet or a 100% raw food diet, at some point or another you will encounter someone who either completely opposes your diet or criticizes what you are doing. The funny thing I have noticed is the people you least expect to support you, are usually the ones who will encourage you the most, and the opposite– the people you think would really understand and gravitate towards what you are doing, may be the ones that give you the most resistance.

In all, no one likes change and when you get on a different diet, the people who are closest to you are affected as well. So what do you do?

Well, I’ve got some ideas and tips for you….
