<p>One thing I&#8217;ve come to realize in myself is that when I start feeling bored with my food, a lot of times it actually has to do with something else&#8211; most of the time it ends up being that I&#8217;m feeling bored or unenthusiastic about something in my life! One thing I&#039;ve come to realize in myself is that when I start feeling bored with my food, a lot of times it actually has to do with something else-- most of the time it ends up being that I&#039;m feeling bored or unenthusiastic about something in my life! One way or another, the boredom doesn&#039;t last forever, it&#039;s a phase that you have to ride out. I do have some suggestions like going to your local Raw Food Meet-Up Group and meeting people with similar interests and also experimenting with different raw food recipes-- mix things up and change the routine-- that can definetly spice things up again.
