Here is a quick & easy recipe I love!! I have this for either breakfast or lunch– a savory chia seed recipe, you can call it a pudding but it’s not sweet and it very filling and definitely hits the spot!!!
Chia seeds are high in Omega 3 and calcium and should be part of everyones diet!!! Easy to digest and can actually releive people of chronic bowel disorder and constipation. Chia seeds are indeed a super food!!! Enjoy!! The Recipe is below!

Savory Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Spring Water
1 clove Garlic (crushed or grated)
1/8 teaspoon fresh Ginger Root (finely grated)
1 or 2 teaspoons Wheat-free Non-GMO Tamari
** all ingredients should be Organic!
-Soak Chia Seeds in water for at least 20-30 minutes.
-Afterwards mix in Tamari, Garlic & Ginger– Enjoy!!!

I first have to say that you don’t need a dehydrator to be on a raw food diet, but if you want more variety, an easier way to transition and you crave crunchy food– a dehydrator can be VERY helpful! (You don’t even need to be on a raw food diet to be able to enjoy the low calorie benefit of dehydrated food!).
So in today’s episode I not only show you the type of dehydrator I recommend, but I also give you some tips on how to eat dehydrated food, how often, etc..
