<p>2 Bananas</p>
<p>4 or 5 fresh figs (or 2 dried figs, soaked in water for 20 minutes)</p>
<p>1 or 2 tbsps flax (soaked in 1/4 C water for 20-60 minutes</p>
<p>1/4 C water (optional)</p>
<p>-put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.</p>
