Blueberry Banana Spinach Green Smoothie

2 banana

1/2 Cup blueberries

1 to 2 cups of baby spinach

1/2 cup water (add more if blender won’t blend)

Put all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth

Enjoy!!

    Hi Natasha,

    I have been enjoying your videos with very helpful, friendly, simple, easy going advices on healthy and raw lifestyle. I have been raw only for 1 month for health reason. Before that, I have been vegetarian for about 2 years. I have got a question regarding juicing/mixing fruits and vegetables. I have been reading that apples are only fruits that should be mixed with vegetables, because only apples are able to digest with vegetables. Mixing vegies with other fruits could have a negative impact on ability of your body to absorb nutrients. I would appreciate if you could comment on that. Many thanks and have a great day!
