It’s Spring and I can feel change is in the air!! Oh Yes!! What I’m lovin’ is seeing so many of my coaching clients victorious, many of which are overcoming their food addictions :)

Over the weekend I received an email from someone who watches my videos. She was telling me about her addiction to soda. I 100% related to what she described. I used to be addicted to cigarettes, coffee and sugar. I know what it’s like. But I also know what it’s like to get to the other side, where you are no longer controled by cravings, urges and addictive ‘needs’.

    just wondering, you mentioned being prepared for what you’ll replace the habit you’re leaving with like what to do instead of having a candy bar etc. what kind of things do you think would be a good idea to replace it with.
