I am transitioning off meat and into vegetarian and raw. I understand your comments about white rice having little or no nutritional value. Do basmati and jasmine also fall into this category?

Also, check out the local library for books on wild edibles (which are often superior in nutrition) or invest in a field guide of sorts for about 20 WELL, well worth it! LOVE!!!!
I’d like to add free food does come in many forms- food cooperatives are generally quite open to giving you their non-saleable, still good, often organic! also dumpster diving (i know how it sounds, but i have gotten hundreds of dollars of amazing food- there is always produce- no one should ever have to buy bread or bananas
