I purchased a book with Raw Food Recipes which supoose to be easy, however they are not that easy. Most of the time they consist of many ingridiens and seem to be time consuming.
I think this recipe is great, easy and we do not need a dehrydrator.

It would be great if you could show us how to make easy snacks, lunches, dinners etc.
    Thank you!!!

Hello Natasha, I was looking into joining the upcoming juice feast, seeing as you say beginners can join as well as experienced fasters, I have seen other websites that say if you are a fasting beginner, that the max you should fast for is 5 days. Is it safe for me to go 10 days right away with no previous experience?

thanks and i hope to hear from you soon!

Great simple recipe. I bought a similar product at the dollar store. It tasted great. I never thought of making it myself.

    Hi Natasha!

Thank you for the EASY recipe. I am looking forward to making it. Have you tried sprouting the sesame first and then making the cookies?
    I really enjoy your blog.

Natasha, thanks for the recipe! I accidentally used way too much honey, but they were still good. Next time, I will definitely use less honey and add a vanilla bean. Looks like some others on here have tried adding vanilla and/or cinnamon, too. Did anyone use an actually vanilla bean, as opposed to extract? If so, how much? Thanks!
