    Thanks for the encouragement Natasha. You are right about not giving in to the dark side and going for the gold! There is always hope. I really want to lose weight and I think it’s time for the juice fast. You are awesome!

    iam diabetic for 21 years and ihave cholestrol,but i only eat cholesterol pillsince 3-2feb i start in the morning veg juice like spinach zuchini,apple half,celery i luch time i take fish, lettuce, bitter gout and rice soup, cili.about 11 oclock i take i banana because hungry.6.30 i take papaya.sometime i take my dinner7.15 or 9pm or 10p.m my height is 150cm my 51 -53 kg always go up go down . the doctor told me my height the weight not more than 52 and half kg. but iwant to lose to 48 kl at night sometime i eat mee tomyam fish or salad tomato zuchini,letuce or another veg
