    Great post Natasha!
I enjoyed getting a visual of what you eat, it gave me some good ideas. After being high raw for 6 months I’ve finally figured out that if I eat fruit I must eat greens with the fruit to avoid feeling spacey. I love how you eat sprouts for breakfast great idea!

Thanks for the video, it was great to see that. I am inspired to try sprouts in the morning and to get more greens in.

I was wondering if you are able to do your daily Bikram yoga practice while on a juice feast?

I’ve heard that people do, and I will be trying it out. I cut my thumb very badly so I can’t go to Yoga class for another day or two, but once it heals I will see what its like doing the yoga on the juice fast (I started the fast today). With the amount of juice, 16 Cups minimum, there should be no problem. Just don’t over do it, and make sure to drink plenty of juice (even more if need be).
