Here is a quick & easy recipe I love!! I have this for either breakfast or lunch– a savory chia seed recipe, you can call it a pudding but it’s not sweet and it very filling and definitely hits the spot!!!
Chia seeds are high in Omega 3 and calcium and should be part of everyones diet!!! Easy to digest and can actually releive people of chronic bowel disorder and constipation. Chia seeds are indeed a super food!!!

Savory Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Spring Water
1 clove Garlic (crushed or grated)
1/8 teaspoon fresh Ginger Root (finely grated)
1 or 2 teaspoons Wheat-free Non-GMO Tamari
** all ingredients should be Organic!
-Soak Chia Seeds in water for at least 20-30 minutes.
-Afterwards mix in Tamari, Garlic & Ginger– Enjoy!!!

Loved this post, thanks for sharing! Chia are wonderful, but my co-worker & I started taking them at the same time & it de-regulated both of our menstrual cycles- and i’m on the pill! Do you have any insight to why that may happen?
