Zucchini Miso Soup

2 Cups warm/hot water (not boiled)

1 heaping tbsp Light Yellow Miso (Organic Non-GMO Miso)

1 Nori sheet (torn into pieces)

1 Green Onion (chopped)

1 Zucchini (spiralized into pasta with a spiral slicer)

1 Clove garlic (grated or crushed)

1/2 tsp grated fresh Ginger

10 Snow Peas (julienned)

-Prepare & Chop all vegetables

-heat water and place a small amount in bowl

-add miso to the heated water and dissolve. Add remainder of water.

-add all vegetables

-add love and happiness & enjoy right away!!

Yesterday I talked about Oil Pulling and how this ancient Ayurvedic technique can not only help heal gum problems, but also whitens teeth! Well I received a comment from a viewer that since this person got on a raw food diet a few weeks ago, they have had sensitive teeth. I was quite alarmed when I read this comment and I know the issue of sensitive teeth does come up– but it shouldn’t– its a red light that something is going on, the food the person is eating may not be balanced and too acidic, they might have a mineral deficiency or they might not be taking proper care of their teeth and gums.

So today I go over what to do if you have sensitive teeth– specifically what to do to in your daily oral care and also diet. I also recommend using Tooth Soap instead of tooth paste, click here for more info on tooth soap.

Thank You for all the Birthday Wishes!!!I have to say I had an incredible birthday and I appreciate so much hearing from everyone on the blog, facebook, youtube, emails, etc.. It really made my birthday!!! Thank You!!! :) And now I am psyched to start my 34th year— it’s going to be the best year yet!!!

So today I decided to talk about healing health conditions. I am asked daily if the raw food diet can heal all sorts of diseases, health conditions, symptoms, etc.. I strongly believe our bodies can do anything, including healing diseases. But what is most important is letting our bodies do what it needs to do to get us well. That means steping aside and stop feeding one’s body toxic food, unpure water and stressful thoughts and lifestyle. This may sound too simple for some, or for other’s, making these types of lifestyle changes is just way too much. But what you have to think about is how great it will feel when you do reverse the health condition and all the people you will inspire in the process. It’s worth it!!!
