Motivation Monday! Ep139
Happy Winter Solstice!!!
Well its now official, we are half way through winter, the days are going to get longer and there are just 10 days until New Year, and even better, a New Decade!! Love it!!
So in spirit of Winter Solstice and starting a fresh, today is Motivation Monday, which I find to be quite funny considering all day today I felt like I was dragging myself around (something about the holiday season that just makes me extremely lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) . But it did get me thinking of all those thing I put off and how the longer I put things off and don’t take care of ‘things, the more stressed I become. Even the little things that I put off can cause some serious long-term low-grade stress.
So instead of putting everthing off yet another day or week, how about chosing 1 or 2 things that you finally take care of– it may be calling someone you’ve been meaning to contact for months, or cleaning out a closet that is overflowing with ’stuff’– whatever it is, find that one thing that you’ve been meaning to do for ages and get on it before the new year– therefore you can really celebrate the New Year in happiness and start afresh!

I just stumbled upon your website when I was looking information on coming off of a fast and how to keep the weight in check. Your site is awesome and I’ve watched so many of your videos – luv it!!! I’m totally inspired to begin a raw lifestyle!
And…..I took care of 3 things today that had been lingering for MONTHS and MONTHS!!! I think I must have already felt the need to clean things up!
Feeling great after my 19 days fast and working to keep the mindset that I had while doing the fast!
