Omega 3 Raw Vegan Blueberry Milkshake Recipe, Ep135

Today I share a super yummy recipe– perfect for you and if you have children, they’ll love it!! Full of Omega 3 and antioxidants this hemp seed blueberry milkshake will fill you up and keep you energized for hours!!!

Omega 3 Blueberry & Hempseed Milkshake Recipe

2 Cups Spring Water

1 tbsp shelled Hemp Seeds

3 dates (pits removed)

1/2 Cup blueberries

3 bananas (frozen or fresh)

-Blend water and hemp seeds and strain through a nut milk bag.

-Rinse blender and put hemp seed milk back in blender and blend dates into the seed milk.

-Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

-Enjoy!!! :)

    Excellent video!! =) I will soon try out this recipe. I have started using chia seeds more now because of its outstanding benefits. But most importantly it keeps me hydrated for many hours and it will boost up my ability to train more =) thanks for sharing your AWESOME video.
