Salt cravings is a big one!!! There is salt in everything and the salt used in standard diets and in all processed food isn’t very good for us at all. In today’s episode I explain the difference between table salt & celtic sea salt, where we can find naturally occuring sodium in our diet that is healthy for us, what are the signs and symptoms of too much salt in the diet and I give some tips on how to reduce added salt in your diet without losing the taste and flavors!!!

    hey! just wanted to add that sea salt DOES contain chloride. :)
    wikipedia: “Celtic Sea Salt contains 33% Sodium, 50.9% Chloride, 1.8% Minerals and Trace Elements and 14.3% moisture”
