In today’s episode I explain the difference between table salt & celtic sea salt, where we can find naturally occuring sodium in our diet that is healthy for us, what are the signs and symptoms of too much salt in the diet and I give some tips on how to reduce added salt in your diet without losing the taste and flavors!!!

hey! just wanted to add that sea salt DOES contain chloride.
