How To Overcome Being Bored With Your Diet, Ep119

November 20th, 2009 Natasha St. Michael 3 comments

We’ve all been there, probably more than once where we feel bored with our diet or food. I get emails asking me how to get the motivation and excitement going again!

One thing I’ve come to realize in myself is that when I start feeling bored with my food, a lot of times it actually has to do with something else– most of the time it ends up being that I’m feeling bored or unenthusiastic about something in my life! One way or another, the boredom doesn’t last forever, it’s a phase that you have to ride out. I do have some suggestions like going to your local Raw Food Meet-Up Group and meeting people with similar interests and also experimenting with different raw food recipes– mix things up and change the routine– that can definetly spice things up again.

Click Here for links —-> Meet-up Group and also a fantastic FREE Raw Food Recipe Website!

Also, just a reminder to sign up for a Coaching Group– this is a perfect way to get your healthy diet going, get on the right track, have all your questions answered and best of all, connect with other people with similar goals! Perfect!!! :) CLICK HERE for more info!

And, so more Fabulous News… I’ve decided to host another 10 Day Juice Fast in December, the timing couldn’t be better, right after American Thanksgiving and right before the holidays– this way you can look super fabulous for the holidays and start the new year feeling and looking your best! CLICK HERE to sign-up!!

Why and How To Soak & Sprout Nuts & Seeds, Ep116

November 17th, 2009 Natasha St. Michael 1 comment

Ever wonder why raw food recipes ask for the nuts and seeds to either be soaked or soaked and sprouted? Well, from my own personal experience of having a VERY sensitive digestive system– it makes a huge difference when I soak and sprout my nuts and seeds. Plus soaking nuts and seeds releases the enzyme inhibitors so you can more easily absorb the nutrients, and as an added bonus, some of the fats are also released as well!

Soaking and spouting is super simple, especially once you see it done! Check it out!

Get Out Of The Past & Start Fresh!, Ep115

Sometimes the biggest thing that can be holding us back from reaching our goals and being happy is our relationship to our past. I’ve coached a lot of people that want to live the best lives possible, but they are held back by something in the past, something they aren’t able to let go of.

The only way to reach our fullest potential is to constantly be moving forward. The past is the past, it can not be changed. But what we do in the present– that is what will determine our happiness.
