It’s been a late winter here in Montreal and today it snowed for the very first time this season. It reminded me that winter is here and all the holidays are on their way. It also reminded me of the ‘Holiday 10!’ So what exactly is the ‘Holiday 10?’ Well, at this time of year, between now and New Year, there are a great many people who put on 10 pounds over the holidays. The holidays are known to be the time of indulgence and mass weight gain!!

Coconut Water of 1 Thai Young Coconut

1 mango

1 banana

1/2 Cup blueberries

Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!!!

So today I decided to update you on how my own health journey is going. As you may know from a video I did over the summer, I reversed Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) naturally with a raw food diet. I did have one symptom though that was still lingering and towards the end of the summer/early fall I was able to reverse it as well while doing a lot of Juice Fasting.

Over the past few months I have been doing a lot of Juice Fasting and hosting monthly 10-Day Juice Fasting Programs, I find it the easiest and fastest way to reverse chronic health conditions. Even just making sure to have a few cups of green juice every day makes all the difference.

So check out today’s video to hear my story of what I recently reversed and also hear about what I’m still working on!!

American Thanksgiving is coming up this week and that means a lot of socializing and a lot of food. Some of you may be having a Raw Thanksgiving, while other may be indulging in some cooked food treats! One way or another, what is most important is to enjoy yourself with absolutely no guilt and no regrets!

Why Eat Organic Food? Ep120

I am a true believer in eating organic food. Years ago I work on a vineyard and a few farms in Australia– and I’ve seen what and how they spray the crops. Pretty scary!! Pesticides, herbicides, larvicides, fungicides, etc.. are all poison and are link to birth defects and contribute to diseases and cancers.

The good news is that more and more people are getting into organic food and therefore the demand is increasing and as the demand increases the prices go down. I know with today’s economy people struggle and the thought of having to pay extra for food is just not in everyone’s budget. But in the long term, this is your health and a great investment in you. Even if it means starting small, buying your greens all organic, or your condiments, or whatever you can– each step is worth it. You will even be pleasantly surprised at how much better organic food tastes!
