    Hi, sometimes I don’t have time to make bread right after I’ve juiced so I freeze the pulp to make the bread at a later date. How long is veggie pulp good for in the freezer? Also, I heard all the toxins are left in the pulp, what is your take on this? Thanks for this great recipe, plan to make this soon!

    @s
    The pulp is fine in the freezer for a couple of weeks– the sooner you use it, the better. The pulp is just pure fiber– no toxins– but definitely use organic fruits & veg.
