Great post! It got me to think about my own cravings, which always occur at about 3:30-4PM. Right when I’m fixing my my son his after school snack. I never realized how overwhelming that time of day is for me. I have to think about making dinner, help my son with his homework, and I’m usually thinking about all the work I didn’t finish that day. I know I chose to work part time so I could be with my son when he gets home, but sometimes it leaves me feeling like I don’t get anything done. Your post really helped me figure that out.
One positive change i would like to report is that I went back to having a green juice every morning and I’m feeling amazing! I did give in to my craving but I had tahini and honey instead of some processed junk food.
