Halloween is this weekend and I have a treat for you! I know some of you are on the raw food diet or are trying to stay off the unhealthy food and trying to lose weight,  and you don’t want to give into the Halloween candy (which is everywhere!), so I have come up with a yummy and satisfying treat that you can enjoy with total guilt-free pleasure!!! Everyone should enjoy Halloween and there should be something for everyone!

Mango Coconut Lime Fruit Roll Ups

2 Cups fresh Thai Young Coconut Meat (meat from atleast 4 coconuts)

1 Mango

1/2 Lime (juice of)

-to see how to open a coconut, CLICK HERE for a video

-Blend all ingredients in a blender until smoothe

-Spread on Dehydrator sheet and place in dehydrator at 104 degress, for 15-20 hours

Today’s a big day, I’m celebrating the 100th video on Raw Radiant Health!! Wow, who knew I could talk that much!!

To mark this special day I have a treat for you– my favorite dessert. You know how much I love making simple, fast and easy food, and also how much I love keeping the desserts yummy, but low calorie so there is no guilt, just pure pleasure! Well this Chocolate Raspberry Dessert is pure pleasure and absolutely guilt-free.

Sugar-Free Raw Chocolate Raspberry Dessert Recipe, Ep100

Raw Chocolate Raspberry Dessert

1 tbsp Mesquite Powder

1 tsp raw Cacao Powder (Carob Powder can replace the Cacao)

1 tsp Coconut Oil (Extra Virgin, Organic Cold Pressed)

1/16 tsp green Stevia Powder

1/8 C water

— mix all ingedients into a paste

add:

1/2 pint of Raspberries

-crush raspberries into the chocolate paste

-transfer mixture to a dessert bowl

-top with remaining raspberries and garnish with dehydrated coconut shreds.
