I’ve been receiving a lot of emails asking me all sorts of questions about the upcoming Juice Feast we’ll be doing at the beginning of October. One question in particular that many people are asking is if it’s possible to join the Juice Feast, even if you don’t have a juicer! And my answer is YES!!!

If you have a blender and a nut milk bag, you can make fresh juice– green juice, vegetable juice and fruit juice– no problem!

So check out today’s video on how to make juice with a blender, and also I give you a few tips as well on how to do the juice feast on a budget. Juice feasting is about health, happiness and fun– there is no need to worry about affording the produce for the juices– there is always a way of finding and using cheap greens, vegetables & fruit– you just have to be creative and resourceful!!

    Hi Natasha,

    Is a nut milk bag like a cheese cloth? Where would I get a nut milk bag?

    Thanks!

    @Manar Siegel
    Hi Manar,
    A nut milk bag is different from cheese cloth– nut milk bag is made out of nylon and very solid, cheese cloth is very delicate and holes are much bigger. The nut milk bag won’t let any fiber go through and you can use it over and over again (just wash it out).
    You can get nut milk bag here: http://tinyurl.com/koal3h
    or if you have a whole foods or health food store nearby, they probably sell it.
