So its the day after Labor Day and I know a lot of students are heading back to school, or are already back! Over the summer I received a lot of email asking me for tips on how to stay on a raw food diet while in school. So today I give some practical tips on how to make the raw food diet easier when in school and how to be prepared. Even if you aren’t a student or in school– I know you’ll benefit from watching this video. In order to be successful with anything, we have to be prepared!!

(Swiss Chard, Cucumbers, Celery, Blackberries, Cantaloupe, Papaya, Concord Grapes, Raspberries, Strawberries)
1/2 Cup Coconut Water Kefir
Today’s Exercise:
2.5 hours bike riding















For those living in their dorm with no counter space, why not invest (quite the cheap investment) in one of those wheel around kitchen carts, use that as your counter…I think they sell them at ikea! check em out:
