Too many people have problems with their digestive system and one thing that can make a huge difference is proper food combining. Today I explain what food combining is and how to use it while eating cooked or raw foods. Just simply knowing what foods are best to eat alone and which foods digest well together can dramatically improve your digestive health and eliminate many problems including Irritable Bowel Syndrome, indigestion, Acid Reflux, constipation, gas and bloating.

1 pineapple

2 cup Green Smoothie (2 bok choys, cantaloupe, persimmon)

4 cups Green Smoothie (1/2 bunch kale,  bananas, blueberries, hemp seeds, dulse)

1 Cantaloupe

1 pint Blueberries

2 Persimmons

Zucchini & Sesame Paté

It’s Monday!!! I love the start of a new week and I thought today would be the most appropriate day to discuss the topic of what to do when you’ve fallen off your diet! Fear not, it happens, and you’ve got to just keep moving forward, no need to feel bad or waste your energy feeling guilty. None of that!!!!

Today’s Food:
2 cups Green Juice (parsley, cucumber, celery, carrot, apple)
1 pint Blueberries
4 cups Green Smoothie (1 head kale, blueberries, bananas, hemp seeds, dulse)
2 cups Green Smoothie (bok choy, peach, nectarine, strawberries)
1 large Salad (1 head romaine lettuce, red onion, celery, tomatoes, red pepper, garlic, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, celtic sea salt, pepper)

Today’s Exercise:

Lately I’ve been receiving so many emails from people getting into a raw food diet– I love it, it makes me sooooooooo happy!! So today i decided to talk a little about what to expect when you first go on a raw food diet. Will you have some sort of detox reaction, what will that be like, for how long…? Its nice to have some sort of guideline as to what will happen and all the great things to look forward to as well.. we love weight loss, clarity, even moods, deep sleep and vibrant energy– all of which come with a raw food diet!!

3 bananas

2 tbsp soaked & sprouted sunflower seeds

3 Cups green smoothie (1 box spinach, mangos, raspberries, orange juice)

4 Cups green smoothie (1/2 bunch kale, 1 cup sunflower sprouts, bananas, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, hemp seeds)

1 pint blueberries

cauliflower salad (1/2 head cauliflower, green onion, nutritional yeast, olive oil, celtic sea salt)


Today’s Exercise:

Last weekend I was making a beautiful raw dessert and I went to the health food store to buy some Coconut Oil for it. When I got home, I opened the jar and put it to my nose to smell my favorite coconut aroma– but the oil didn’t smell of coconuts, infact it didn’t smell of anything! I checked the label a second time and it stated it was pure organic coconut oil, 100% coconut oil– but where was my beloved smell? I started to use the oil in my dessert but half way through making it, I had to stop because my instinct was telling me that there was something wrong with that coconut oil. I did a little research and this is what I found……..

Update on the Acne Raw Food Challenge–Total Inspiration, Ep54

Last night I had a fabulous conference call with the Winners of the Acne-Free Raw Food Challenge (remember the contest I held at the beginning of August– I selected 4 winners for a free 30 day raw food coaching challenge).. well they are doing sooooooooooooooo well, their skin is clearing up and they are even losing weight! I am soooooo moved and excited, I decided today I had to do a video updating everyone on their progress. Its Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
