    Hello! Just wondering if you have ever heard of what I’m experiencing eating a high raw diet: I love coconut meat and water but whenever I have it I experience those terrible Huge cyst like acne bumps around my jaw line and chin. Any thoughts? Thanks!

    @ami
    Hi Ami, breakouts on the chin are usually hormone related. Keep track when you are breaking out and what you eat– it could be that you are having cravings around your period and you eat coconut at that time of month.

    My friend. Tomato juice has an amazing effect on the acne which can be noticed after one application. Take a ripe tomato pulp and rub it gently over the acne eruptions. Allow the tomato juice to get absorbed well into the skin for one hour and then wash your face with cold water. You can see significant improvement in the acne condition. this is a very good way. Many of my friends say good effect.
