How To Let Go Of Coffee Addiction, Ep36

I received an email today asking me for advice on how to get over a coffee addiction. Oh boy, I have been there!!! I used to be completely addicted to coffee and I’m proud to say that the day I went raw, was the day I let go of coffee as well. To be honest, I did feel the pain– the migraine headache that accompanies caffeine withdrawl, but besides that, I got over it pretty quickly. So today I give you a few different tips and ways to either cut coffee out all at once or using healthier substitutes to gradually come off the caffeine.

Getting started on a raw food diet can be daunting, especially when you look through raw food recipe books that list 10+ ingredients for just one dish and you have to use all sorts of equipment you have never heard of or seen before! Trust me, I’ve been there! When I first got started on a  100% raw food diet I didn’t even have a proper chef knife– but that didn’t hold me back and in fact it made the whole experience all the more fun and entertaining!!

So, on todays episode I talk all about kitchen equipment and what I believe you need when you get started on a raw food diet.

As we all know, we eat very differently than majority of the population and what do we do when we are dating? What do we do if people judge us? Well today I had my weigh in and yes I lost a pound!!! I was hoping for more weight loss and after looking over my patterns and habits, I’ve decided that its time to change things around and perhaps this will strengthen my weight loss motivation, keep me on track and help me shed even more weight!
