I received an email today asking me for advice on how to get over a coffee addiction. Oh boy, I have been there!!! I used to be completely addicted to coffee and I’m proud to say that the day I went raw, was the day I let go of coffee as well. To be honest, I did feel the pain– the migraine headache that accompanies caffeine withdrawl, but besides that, I got over it pretty quickly. So today I give you a few different tips and ways to either cut coffee out all at once or using healthier substitutes to gradually come off the caffeine.
