2 Cups green juice (kale, cucumber, apple, blueberries, celery, radish)
4 bananas
1 mango
1 Cup grapes
1 large salad (romine lettuce, sprouts, celery, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, lemon, dulse)
Today’s Exercise:
2.5 hours bike riding
