Raw Food Travel Tips, Ep28
Today I talk about my two favorite topics– raw foods and traveling!!! I have so many tips to share with you to easily stay on your diet while traveling short term or long term, business or pleasure– there is many ways to ensure that you have no problem at all finding good food and being able to prepare food anywhere.
Today’s Food:
3 Cups green juice (spinach, cucumbers, celery, mango, blueberries, strawberries)
2 Cups red grapes
2 large cabbage salads (cabbage, lemon, tahini, garlic, apple cider vinegar, onions)
tahini & honey
