So today’s episode is all about looking at the big picture and what you are doing, and not getting too caught up in all the contradictory information. Today’s Food:
1 Litre green smoothie (kale, banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, dulse)
1 pint blueberries
5 Cups cherries
1 cantaloupe melon
cauliflower & hemp seed/spinach dip (hemp seeds, sesame seeds, spinach, garlic, onion, lemon, celtic sea salt)
mesquite & cacao (mesquite, cacao powder, stevia, coconut oil, water)
1 large salad (romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, black pepper)
Today’s Exercise:
1 hour running















Been there, done that!!!
It feels to be back to raw foods, but I must say that there is a time for everythig. I would have probably not enjoyed raw food this much if I would have not been at the other end of the spectrum.
Everyone needs to just take a break, enjoy their food and their lives!!!!!!!!!

agreed…my body and how it works feels different when I eat too many nuts…tuning into tha guides my decisions….I know I feel the best with lots of juices and superfoods!!
