So yesterday I had my weigh-in. I gained a pound!!!! I realized that stress and pressure do not go hand-in-hand with weight loss. We must have fun in the process in order to ensure the best results!!!

6 Cups cherries
1 cantaloupe melon
1 banana
2 large salads (romaine, bok choy, celery orange bell pepper, red onion, tomatoes, broccoli, kelp, avocado, lemon)
tahini & honey
Today’s Exercise:
1 hour running
2.5 hours bike riding
