Happy July 1st everyone!! I love starting a new month, its a fresh beginning!!! Today’s episode is all about goal setting– a perfect way to start July!
Goal Setting & Weight Loss Priorities, Ep19
Today’s Food:
3 Cups cherries
2 Pints blueberries
1/4 large watermelon
2 mangos
6 mangosteens
1/2 papaya
2 large salades (romaine lettuce, sprouts, bok choy, celery, red onion, broccoli, red bell pepper, tomatoes, avocado, lemon, kelp)
3 tbsp tahini & honey
Today Exercise:
1 hour running
2.5 hours bike riding

Yes I have read 80/10/10. I really like it but I find I fall into trouble if I stick to one person’s regimen. I go with what my body needs and craves. I do a lot of exercise that I am much better off with a higher fruit diet– I don’t do well with the fats.
