Today’s Food:
2 mangos
4 bananas
4 Cups cherries
2 Cups watermelon
1 large salad (romaine lettuce, sprouts, red bell pepper, red onion, grape tomatoes, avocado, lemon, celtic sea salt)
1/2 C sunflower seeds
Today’s Exercise:
2.5 hours bike riding
