Today’s Food:

16oz carrot juice

1 honeydew melon

2 mangos

2 bananas

16 vegetable & flax crackers (flax seeds, broccoli, celery, onion, spinach, basil, corriander, celtic sea salt)

1/4 avocado

1 large salade (mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, olive oil, lemon)

2 dates

Today’ Exercise:

1.5 hours walking
