I have incredible news– for years I have been trying to reverse a condition I have- Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. Well today I got the results of my blood tests and ultrasound, and the results are truly amazing!!!!

Today’s Food:

1/2 Canaloupe

4 Cups cherries

2 bananas

6 raw macarroons

cabbage salad (cabbage, tahini, lemon, garlic, tamari, apple cider vinegar)

tahini & honey


Today’s Exercise:

2.5 hours bike riding
